Hyundai of Auburn

Who knew men could be so friendly with great customer service. This is not your 15 minute oil change spot. You will wait a little while but it's superior service. If you want to keep your warranty you will service your Hyundai, KIA, & Genesis here! This was my first visit of many. They have a courtesy snack area with drinks. I 10/10 recommend!

I never thought I would ever experience a car-buying experience worthy of a 5 star rating, but that completely changed today. I walked into the Hyundai dealership on a whim this morning just to see if I liked anything. We were met by Sawyer Munsch before we could even look at a sticker. He was warm and friendly, as most car salesmen are, but I soon realized he was no ordinary salesman. I told him my top 3 'wants' for my next car and he immediately led me to several cars which had everything I had asked for and even more! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. Sawyer's honesty, patience, and willingness to get me the best deal possible were something I have never experienced during a car purchase. You can tell he genuinely cares about matching his customers with the perfect car - not just making a sale. I am so thankful I popped into Hyundai of Auburn today; I found the best salesman I've ever encountered, and left with a car (Sonata N Line) that far surpassed my wishes. Thank you, Sawyer, for the smoothest and most comfortable car purchase I have ever experienced! If you are in the market, go see Sawyer; 10/10 HIGHLY recommend! 💯

I took my friend to Hyundai of Auburn & Sawyer helped him choose the perfect vehicle. Sawyer texted & returned calls each time we reached out. He had my friend in his new ride the next day. He was prompt, patient, caring, and he made you feel like family. 5 stars 🌟 for Sawyer. He needs a raise, or at least a free lunch. He's a keeper Hyundai. Thank you! We will definitely be back
